To access our WiFi service, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Internet Access
After registration, you will be provided with temporary internet access for 5 minutes to verify your email. Upon verification, you will receive extended access for 60 minutes. We reserve the right to modify access duration at our discretion.
5. Data Collection
We collect certain personal information, including your email address and device MAC address, solely for the purpose of providing WiFi access. By using our service, you consent to this data collection. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the WiFi service to:
- Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
- Access, download, or distribute illegal content
- Engage in activities that may disrupt or interfere with the network
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Limitation of Liability
The WiFi service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the WiFi service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
